About us...

Caramedic was started by Mel Burns in 2002.

After working for several different companies in the caravan industry, I could see that in most cases they were giving caravanners a raw deal when it came to customer service—long lead times booking caravans in, ignoring customers’ needs, and treating them poorly.

I decided that what was needed was a company offering short lead times, polite service, a reasonable price structure, and careful attention to detail, with the goal of combining a good overall customer service experience with a high standard of workmanship. Caramedic constantly strives to offer these values, and that is what makes the company the success it is today.
